It was an awesome end to last week with our Performance Marketing EMEA Centre Of Excellence team get together…
Yesterday we had a day hosted at Google’s St Giles campus; a great setting to focus on our core theme of “One Team”.
We opened with a business update before diving into a day designed by the team that involved everything from spaghetti & marshmallow towers > Secret Santa > escape room (RS related) puzzles > speed-dating conversations that blended collaboration, problem solving & #bants.
A highlight was our guest speaker session from Emily Hamilton, who delivered a powerful and deeply human session on showing up authentically at work.
A huge thank you to everyone involved, including our partners at Google for the warm hospitality and brilliant environment to host us (my team pictured on the Google roof looking “natural”).
