I attended a great leadership event over the last 2 days.
As I use my blog to not only lead others but also to develop myself I thought it apt (for myself; not you the reader) to highlight key learning’s…..
I’ve always loved the Forming, Norming, Storming and Performing model by Bruce Tuckleman and it was reinforced as being useful
Mission Command = What is my higher commanders intent?
What went well?
What didn’t go well?
What can we do better next time?
i.e. Debriefing is key.
‘Aggregation of Marginal Gains’ can make all the difference.
