The 4 C’s of Social Media

I happened across a nice Social Media infographic earlier this week from Ad Week hence thought it worthy of sharing on the 4 C’s of Social Media (Content, Conversations, Community and Connections).

Summary: Create great and engaging Content that is tailored and valuable to the user. You should then engage in Conversations (listening, monitoring and responding) to your customers. During the course of this you should endeavour to create a Community (on your ‘owned’ estate or more often than not on the ‘earned’ platforms of others e.g. Facebook and Twitter) and connecting with those who are relevant, interested and willing to engage.
